Röstiland has been around for more than 30 years – and from the very beginning, it has always been in Swiss hands. Over three decades, it has become a place where guests from all over the world feel welcome and at home.
For the past 12.5 years, Vero and Fräne have run Röstiland with passion and dedication. With Swiss specialties, warm hospitality, and tireless commitment, they have shaped Röstiland into what it is today.
On December 1st, 2025, a new chapter begins: Thomas Lienhard will take over and continue the story as Röstiland by NOXAMA SAMUI. Until June 2026, the established concept will remain unchanged. After that, the gradual transformation into the NOXAMA style will begin – with a show kitchen, boho-inspired design, and expanded culinary experiences.
One thing is guaranteed: beloved Swiss classics such as Rösti, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, and fondue will always remain a permanent part of our menu.
